Delete your account and remove any identifying data
If you have a Sonus Health account and would like to delete it along with any identifying data we hold, you can do so in one of two ways:
Delete in-app
Open the Sonus Health app, go to your Profile, and select Delete Account. This will immediately soft-delete your account and anonymize all personal information.
Request via email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email and we will process the deletion for you.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data, recordings, and reports associated with your account will be removed. We aim to respond to all deletion requests within 2 working days.
